Tushie is a salve designed with safe ratios for children 6 months and older to help keep their skin clear of rash. Calendula has wonderful skin healing and nourishing properties as do Lavender, Frankincense and Copaiba. This salve isn’t just for diaper rash either! It is good for any type of dry or chapped skin your little ones have!

Coconut Oil ~ This is an emollient oil that has soothing and nourishing properties that help to heal your baby’s bottom without any irritation and itching and finally makes their skin smooth and shiny. It acts as a barrier between the skin and diaper to prevent rash. It is said to contain antimicrobial, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and antifungal properties.

Olive Oil ~ According to Organic Facts EVOO is the “best known natural cure for diaper rash”! Acts as a protective barrier on your baby’s skin, keeping moisture and other irritants away.

Calendula ~ this herb is said to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties which makes it useful for treating minor wounds, chapped or dry skin, diaper rashes, and other minor irritations and infections of the skin.

Lavender ~ The health benefits of the lavender essential oil include being antiseptic and antifungal, as well as, assisting with inflamed skin and pain relief. Because of its anti-microbial property, it can help speed the healing of minor burns, cuts, scrapes and wounds.
