Eucalyptus ~ is said to help address inflammation of the respiratory tract mucous membranes through inhalation especially. Can also help with pain relief because of its analgesic qualities.

Rosemary ~ a few of the documented benefits of rosemary essential oil are that it has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. It has been shown to relieve throat congestion and allergies. The antiseptic action may help with the infection.

Lemon ~ is known to help break up mucous and be a powerful antihistamine. It can also help stave off infection due to its high antibacterial properties.

The inhalers are plastic with cotton wicks and the roller is a cobalt glass 10ml bottle with a metal roller ball (only buy essential oil rollers if the balls are metal).

In addition to the dynamic duo above, I have included a travel size of my Eucalyptus/Rosemary Congestion Salve with Chickweed (break up
mucous) This salve is wonderful to rub on the chest, back of the neck and achy joints! It also has peppermint essential oil to help bring down fevers.

To use: Twist off cap and inhale deeply twice in each nostril, replace cap tightly. Use as needed. These can last from 2-6 months depending on use. Store out of direct sunlight and somewhere cool. The roller can be applied to the back of the neck, behind the ears and along the inner arm.
