Arnica ~ this herb is recommended for delayed onset of muscle swelling and has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. It is said to help disperse trapped fluid from joints, muscles, and bruised tissue.

Yarrow ~ there are anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties in this herb. It is said to improve circulation and prevent the accumulation of uric acid in joints and muscles.
