Hold inhaler to nostril and gently inhale for at least 15 second on both sides. Try to focus on a positive memory that would be attached to that scent. Before starting the second inhaler, take a few good inhalations through your nose without an inhaler. Repeat above directions until you’ve gone through all 4 inhalers. Try to do this in a quiet space a couple of times per day and remember this is a slow process. Keep closed tightly!
