This is a wonderful blend focused on appetite suppression. It comes as a roller and a nasal inhaler. You would want to apply the roller periodically throughout the day and before meals. Utilize the inhaler directly before eating and during meals as needed. This blend is a well-balanced combination of Grapefruit, Ginger, Bergamot, Cinnamon, Fennel and Peppermint essential oils.
With this particular roller I use a ginger infusion as the base oil, instead of jojoba and coconut, because it enhances calorie burn
You can apply this blend to your temples, neck, brain stem, and inner arm. I also recommend the bottom of the feet as a daily preventative! *ALWAYS INHALE DEEPLY TO GAIN FULL BENEFITS!!
